Built-in Effects

Graindad doesn’t stop at the grain engine. It includes a full effects section:

• Filters: Lowpass, bandpass, band reject, and highpass
• Reverbs: HQ reverb, spring reverb, and shimmer — three distinct characters
• Delays: Multiple delay types plus flanger and chorus modes

Dry/wet controls on everything make it easy to blend processed and unprocessed signals.

The Harvester

Worth a separate mention because it’s genuinely different. The Harvester modulates all 12 main controls simultaneously based on the visual distance between objects on screen. Parameter objects have “moons” that can be automated or randomized for extra layers of movement. There’s also an Auto-Pilot mode where the Harvester moves between 12 breakpoints, creating complex modulation patterns that would take forever to program manually.
